1.Responsible for the structural design, simulation analysis, and layout design of MEMS sensors;

1.A master's degree or higher in microelectronics, mechanical engineering, or a related MEMS discipline;

2.Familiarity with conventional MEMS devices; experience in MEMS resonant device design is preferred;

3.In-depth knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes, involvement in manufacturing process and layout design;

4.Proficient in finite element simulation software, skilled in multi-physics simulations of microstructures, including mechanical, electrical, and thermal fields;

5.Proficient in drawing tools;

6.Ability to independently solve problems;

7.Strong communication and teamwork skills;

8.Strong literature search and reading skills.

1.Familiarity with and understanding of the semiconductor and sensor industry, with a solid sales background in the sector, demonstrating business acumen (identifying opportunities and uncovering hidden projects), and providing market-oriented advice for product definitions;

2.Mastery of the sales logic for large B2B clients, with extensive negotiation experience, acting as the primary lead in client negotiations, participating in the formation of negotiation strategies, leading the negotiation process, and being accountable for the outcomes;

3.A deep understanding of industry sales patterns, capable of maintaining key client relationships, and adept at gathering commercial opportunities from various channels;

4.Follow, initiate, and participate in major industry exhibitions, exchanges, and business activities;

5.Responsible for market information research and analysis in the fields of optical communication and optical sensing.

1.Over 5 years of work experience, familiarity with the optical communication/ LiDAR supply chain, with preference given to candidates possessing industry channels and resources;  

2.A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics, Optics, Microelectronics, or related fields, with excellent English reading and writing skills;  

3.A strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and professionalism;  

4.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, exhibiting an excellent service spirit, teamwork, and execution capabilities;

1.Develop and write testing plans and procedures for optical sensors;  

2.Complete the automation development of sensor product testing, using programming languages such as Python/Matlab/Labview/C to enhance testing efficiency and reliability;  

3.Operate the optical MEMS device testing platform, optimize testing processes to reduce time consumption, and improve testing stability;  

4.Collaborate with design engineers and packaging engineers to discuss testing plans and timelines, responsible for daily testing tasks, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of sensor testing assignments;  

5.Analyze test data and produce test reports;  

6.Maintenance and calibration of testing instruments and systems, including fault analysis and troubleshooting;  

7.Assist in the procurement of testing instruments and necessary laboratory supplies;  

8.Train testers on the proper operation of measurement systems for daily measurement tasks;  

9.Complete additional tasks as required by management to support product development and business plans.

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Optical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Automation Engineering, or related fields;

2.Familiarity with optoelectronic sensor testing equipment;

3.Understanding of semiconductor sensor devices, with proficiency in Python, Matlab, Labview, C++, and other programming languages;

4.A diligent work ethic, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, steadiness, practical skills, clear logic, and proactive attitude;

5.Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to handle significant work pressure;

6.Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

1.Proficient in C programming language with good coding habits and style;

2.Familiarity with microcontrollers such as ARM and STM32, knowledge of embedded systems like FreeRTOS, and experience with Xilinx ZYNQ development;

4.Understanding of hardware, ability to read schematics, and familiarity with common instrumentation;

5.Over two years of experience in embedded software development;
